As Chief Innovation Officer, I led Sci-Lume Labs’ selection for the 2025 CFDA x Swarovski Re:Generation Innovation Fund supporting scale-up of Bylon®, a circular, biodegradable nylon made from agricultural waste.

Designed and led development of a traceability platform showcasing detailed product data, including all material and chemical inputs, production sites, repair info, and end-of-use instructions for the Basque shirt demo product.
Our Design team was responsible for in-lab collaboration with technical teams. Together, we directed the look, feel, structure and formation of Zoa from the molecular level.
[The startup has since pivoted from it’s initial innovation, “leather” made with fermentation-derived collagen.]
Collaborated with Refinery29 on The Dark Side of Fashion We Never Talk About, a feature exploring the environmental cost of fashion and the potential of biotech to redefine material production.
